L3 SENCO in the Early Years
The Level 3 Award for Special Educational Needs Coordinators in Early Years Settings (SENCO) provides learners with the knowledge and understanding required to lead and support inclusive practice within early years provision. This qualification develops the skills needed to identify and respond to additional needs, working in partnership with children, families and other professionals to promote positive outcomes.
Learners will gain an understanding of the SEN Code of Practice, early identification, graduated approaches to support, and the role of the SENCO in coordinating provision within the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS). The qualification prepares practitioners to take on the responsibilities of the Early Years SENCO, ensuring inclusive, high-quality practice that supports the progress and wellbeing of all children.

L3 Autism Awareness in Children
The Level 3 Award in Autism Awareness in Children provides learners with the knowledge and understanding of autism and how it can affect children’s development, communication and behaviour. This qualification supports practitioners to develop the skills needed to provide effective support and promote inclusive practice within early years and childcare settings.
Learners will gain an understanding of the characteristics of autism, the importance of early identification, and strategies to support children’s individual needs. The qualification explores person-centred approaches, partnership working with families and professionals, and practical methods to create enabling environments that support positive outcomes for children with autism.

L3 Babies and Under 2s
The Level 3 Award in Caring for Babies and Young Children Under 2 Years provides learners with the knowledge and understanding required to support the care, development and wellbeing of babies from birth to 2 years. This qualification develops the specialist skills needed to meet the unique needs of babies during this crucial stage of early development.
Learners will gain an understanding of early brain development, attachment and bonding, health and safety, and the importance of responsive caregiving. The qualification supports practitioners to create nurturing, enabling environments that promote emotional security, communication and early learning in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).

Functional Skills
We offer Functional Skills in both English and Maths ranging from Entry Level 1 up to Level 2. Level 2 is equivalent to a pass GCSE.
